QSBN Acquires Vietnam-Based Engineering Firm iDeaLogic to Accelerate AI and Product Innovation

Full ownership strengthens Microsoft-centric solution development and creates scalable center of excellence

Amsterdam & Ho Chi Minh City — 28 October 2025 — QSBN today announced it has acquired 100% of the shares of iDeaLogic, a Vietnam-based software engineering and AI development company with 120 employees. The acquisition strengthens QSBN’s capacity to build and scale AI-, data-, and Microsoft-centric solutions, and brings tighter control over strategic IP.

The move consolidates a dedicated QSBN team of 20 developers and 8 support specialists within iDeaLogic’s broader organization, creating a scalable “center of excellence” for AI and data engineering.

Paul Dols, CEO of QSBN, said: “Owning our development engine in Vietnam lets us move faster on AI and Microsoft OpenAI on Azure, ship more product, and protect our IP. It’s about speed, quality and control—so we can out-innovate in education, public sector, healthcare and beyond.

Under the QSBN umbrella, iDeaLogic will continue to operate from its Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices, providing headroom to scale delivery without adding fixed overhead.

Rein Reezigt will continue as CEO of iDeaLogic Vietnam, ensuring continuity for customers and employees while QSBN invests in training, career paths, and shared engineering standards.

Strategic Rationale

  • Control of strategic IP: Direct oversight of product roadmaps, with priority on AI agents, Copilot Studio integrations and security innovation
  • Scale and quality at speed: A dedicated AI/data talent pool in Vietnam, supported by an AI Academy program to upskill engineers continually
  • Capacity to support M&A: The Vietnam hub has proven to lower unit costs and raise quality for acquired products (e.g., BIC).
  • Expanded delivery capacity: With 120 employees across two offices, iDeaLogic provides significant scaling potential

What Customers Can Expect

  • No changes to points of contact or service levels—continuity of delivery and SLAs
  • Faster roadmaps for QSBN products (e.g., CSAT, PortalTalk, CloudLab) and Microsoft solution builds
  • Expanded engineering capacity for AI/analytics projects leveraging Microsoft OpenAI on Azure and Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio
