Global Pre-Sales Consultant CSAT

We are now looking for a Global Pre‑Sales Consultant CSAT who will become the first dedicated pre-sales specialist within the Global Channel organization. This is a key role for driving global CSAT adoption by enabling partners, supporting commercial activities, and strengthening our technical pre-sales capabilities.

We distribute CSAT, our cybersecurity assessment tool, globally through a wide partner network—including distributors, MSPs, MSSPs, resellers—as well as through Microsoft, who uses our tool across international markets. To accelerate our worldwide growth, we are expanding our Global Channel team.

About the Role

As the Global Pre‑Sales Consultant CSAT, you act as the primary pre-sales point of contact for our channel ecosystem worldwide. You will:

  • Lead partner enablement activities on CSAT, including training, demos, platform walk‑throughs, and best practices.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and pre-sales support to partners and their customers.
  • Support the sales team by joining partner calls, participating in RFQs/RFPs, and contributing to pre-sales conversations.
  • Help partners embed CSAT into their own go‑to‑market strategies and customer assessment processes.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support, including handling questions on integrations, configurations, and use cases.
  • Act as a bridge between Product and Sales by collecting partner and customer feedback and sharing insights with product management and development.
  • Contribute to the creation of CSAT enablement collateral such as presentations, playbooks, FAQs, and battlecards.
  • Proactively support partners and customers to ensure high satisfaction and identify opportunities to optimize their digital security posture.

This hybrid role (Amersfoort-based) combines technical pre-sales, partner enablement, and commercial support in an international, fast-growing environment.

Who You Are

You are a confident communicator with strong technical affinity and a natural consultative approach. You understand how to translate partner and customer needs into workable technical and commercial solutions.

You bring:

  • Experience in pre-sales, sales consultancy, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within software, cybersecurity, or the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Security, or a related field, or equivalent pre-sales/consulting experience.
  • A strong customer and partner focus, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—and the ability to present clearly and convincingly.
  • A consulting mindset: analytical thinking, the ability to diagnose challenges, and talent for offering clear insights and recommendations.
  • A solid understanding of or strong affinity with Microsoft technologies.
  • A proactive, structured, “client-first” work attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a hybrid setup and to take ownership and lead initiatives.
